People under 16's profiles are automatically private to people over 18 and there's not a thing they can do about it sadly. So if your age is over 18, either as a joke number "69, 100 etc" or just so your profile isn't private like that, lower your age to your real age.
However, if the profile(s) are still private, or your age is under 18 there really isn't a thing you can do.
That's the whole purpose of a private profile, having it private so people you're not friends with can't view it. If there was a way around it, it would defeat the purpose.
