Swimming in Gym Hi.
This Thursday we are starting our swimming unit in gym. I use to be a swimmer and my hair was damaged for about a year because of the chlorine even after malibus, and using special hair shampoos and conditioners.
My hair is finally back to normal, & I don't want to ruin it again.
Is there anything you can wear that wont let any water get into it for swimming??

Swim caps are great for that. some people wet them before but you don't have to... it just takes effort to get them on. you can get them in rubber or silicone. rubber is cheaper and works just as well but i think silicone is easier to get on.
if you don't wear it, it might not get THAT damaged. a swimming unit in class is less swimming than an actual team preactice.
if it does get damaged tho, get it cut. i know it SUCKS after you've grown it out but it'll save you the effort of trying to re-vive it. <3 ]
You can go to the drug store, and they have swimming caps. Ok, maybe not the cutest thing in the world, but it is not for that long. You are lucky you have a swimming unit, we dont=[ ]
