okay. i'm going to get right to the point. i have a crush on this guy who is well...not the cutest kid in school, and anyway he asked me out, but i said no because i was afraid of what people would think. am i a horrible person?? what should i do??
Go talk to this boy, and tell him he caught you off guard, and you said no out of impulse, rather than give yourself time to think it over. Let him know you didn't think about it until after you said no, but now you've thought about it and would like to give things a try :)

yes, i would have to say if you do have an interest in him, and dont pursue it only because of what other people might say i do think you are a horrible person. [ orphans's advice column | Ask orphans A Question ]

Who cares what they think. If they don't like it then they can go piss up a rope. Do what makes YOU happy, not the rest of the world.
