Slowly distance yourself.
Hang out with your 'annoying friend' a bit less and spend more time with your other friends.
If she asks you why you arent hanging out as much, then be honest and maybe she will change her ways.

Try doing it in a way that won't hurt there feelings because the last thing you want is to have someone hate you for it. You could try coming forward and straight up to the person and just let them know how they act and how its getting out of hand (annoying) or try keeping it hi and bye with them and just walk away.

Uhm, avoiding them would be mean so just keep your distence. If they asks what's been going on, let them know. Don't just say "you're annoying" but let them know honestly or else they will continue to be annoying.
