I know that sounds gay and like screw that, but trust me, you have to be ready. Think of eveything that could go wrong. Usually 13 year old girls dont want to have sex...so you'd be trying to get with an older girl. You could get an STD and what if she gets pregnant? I am almost positive you dont want that. Try watching porn and masturbating. It may keep the urges at bay. If you still can't stop, listen to the answer before mine. Try to try some things out with a girl, such as head and such.
