Like Laura Michelle said, Macy's is really good.
Try Carson's, too. Also Charlotte Rusee and Wet Seal, which are found in msot malls =]
Have fun!

Do you have a Ross in Houston? If so, check it out. I just bought 3 really cute dresses there for $19.99 each... and then I saw one of the same ones at Dillards for $69.00! The exact same one! So yeah, give it a try.

I've always gotten dresses at Macy's, on the sale/clearance rack ($10-30 for most). Regular prices are around $40-130ish. Deb had cute dresses too, you'll pay around $30-60 depending on the style. If you can believe it, I got a floor-length Snowball dress at Deb on clearance for $5. Shop around & you'll find a good deal.

Kohl's sometimes has My Michelle dresses. I would describe them as more "elegant" as opposed to "flashy" (like, they're not typically made of all-shiny material, and would probably be more confortable to dance in, too)

Have fun at homecoming!

Here is a cute black one, on sale for $20:

I just search this:
only search advicenators.com

Then I looked at the first link, opened their sale or clearance dresses, and found that one among many others.
