pc13 answered Thursday October 4 2007, 6:03 pm: For breakfast you could have cereal.
For lunch a salad with a lowfat dressing by choice of course.
For snack a milkshack would be fine especially one with fruit.Or yoplay yogurt.
And for dinner baked chicken without the skin with a baked potato.
Disconnected answered Thursday October 4 2007, 10:58 am: Breaktfast : Fruit, or muesli (Sp?)
Snack:(12:00-1:00)Fruit, maybe crackers or something sweet :)
Lunch: I suggest sandwhiches or soups...maybe salads.
Dinner: Fish, pasta, soups, veggies..anything that isn't fast food. And don't eat too much of the food either.
It will be hard in the beginning, but you will get used to it. When you feel hungry eat fruit or carrot sticks instead of sweets. But also allow some sweets in your diet too. [ Disconnected's advice column | Ask Disconnected A Question ]
