Yes. I had to do this once on a camping trip for girlscouts back in the day, and it washed it- but shampoo is way better

Of course you can, but as the other person said, I definatley wouldn't reccommend it.. I imagine it would dry out you hair alot.

I'm not sure if you can use body wash but I know that you can use soap. Once I ran out of shampoo and I googled it and it said that it actually didn't harm your hair at all. So since body wash is soap, I guess you could use it :]
