I wouldn't know, but you should go see your doctor. They can usually tell when a woman is pregnant fairly quickly. ]
I fully agree with YG. Though no form of birth control is 100% effective, chances are slim to none.
Tender breasts, fatigue, aches, pains, cramps and cravings are all PMS symptoms.
Swollen vagina could mean you have a nasty infection. You had best get yourself to the doctor ASAP.
I'm 13 weeks pregnant now. The early pregnancy symptoms are not generally felt until at least 6-8 weeks of pregnancy. At most, you would be 2 1/2 weeks if you did happen to be pregnant.
The earliest pregnancy symptoms are basically the same as PMS, therefore making it necessary to wait until your period is missed by 1 week for an adult, 2 weeks for a teen. (2 weeks because a teen's cycle is not likely regulated.)
You are probably sick and achy because of whatever is causing you to have a swollen vagina.

If you're on birth control you are probably not pregnant. Not using a condom makes it very easy for you to get a sexually transmitted disease but not using one while on the pill doesn't mean you are pregnant.
Here is a site with symptoms listed.

Missing your period is a major sign and you haven't missed one yet. You would probably not have any of these symptoms right away even if you were. Most are not signs at all. Aches, pains, cramps are not signs of pregnancy. I've never heard of pregnancy causing a swollen vagina. It does sound as if you should seek medical treatment since it has been going on for a week. ]
