does anyone know any healty ways to loose weight, and keep it off?

Lose Weight
Toning Exercises
Stretching
Fat, Carbs, Protein, wtf??? (Or something like that)

Eat healthy and excercise. If you lose the weight, and keep your diet- it will stay off. Try excercising 45 minutes a day, with 5 small healthy meals. Drink a lot of water too!
