Anytime someone uses the word "All" when talking about people, they are wrong.
This is called a generalization. A generalization is a statement made either out of prejudice or ignorance about something that says "Everything that is A is also B"
Examples would be like the above. That everyone who is emo is also gay.
Other common examples would be that all sports players are stupid, that all cheerleaders are sexually promiscuous, etc.
Sorry, I played football in high school so the sports related ones come to mind first.

no, not ALL emo guys are gay but they can be gay, like this one guy i thought was hott and he was emo and of course he was gay but it was his choice to be gay and i heard that he had bad things happend in the past with girls or w/e so i guess he turned emo and gay but like i said all guys are not gay and if you want to know if there gay or not without asking them is sometimes the cloth they wear like tightor w/e and how they have there hair differnt and how they talk seems gay as well so ya some are some are not not alot thou

Not all "emo" guys are gay. That's like saying all black people are "ghetto" or all metro(sexual) guys are gay. Im sure some are, but it doesn't define them.
