It's not about a guy using you, but Asleep by The Smiths is by far the saddest song I've ever heard.

it's about a girl who got cancer and her hair falls out and she's worried that no guy will take her to the prom, but then this guy doesn't care if she's bald and is in love with her and they go dancing! It's really good!!!!
