Don't get back at her. This same thing happened to my dad, except he was engaged. You have to understand, your wife is going through a lot now, and she does deserve what she's getting now. Think about how you would feel if you were in her situation, she's probably so scared. I know you're hurt and you just want to "get back at her" so the best thing you can do, is act like you don't care, and divorce her. She needs to realize what she had with you, and if you act like you don't care, she'll spend the rest of her life wondering why you didn't act like you cared. Trust me, take it from a girl's prospective, the one thing people want more is the one thing they cannot have. I have looked at your previous questions so I am wondering if you are asking on behalf of someone else? If you are asking for someone else, the best advice I can give is to walk away with his head held high and to divorce her. He does not need to get into any law-breaking etc., that will end up with him getting a police record. She does not deserve his time or his energy with reprisals. It may seem that she is getting away with cheating but he needs to think of his future. I hope this helps in some way.

Set her up, but dont do any harm to her. People make huge mistakes. But you can set her up, and make her look like a complete idiot by maybe you catching her with the other guy. Make a huge scene about it and embarrass her pretty bad.
