need help !

well skools starting soon and i need to start sleeping early
any tips of how to fall asleep faster
i kno this might sound stupid
but when icant sleep
you dont kno
i just cant
so i need help

you can try watching tv for about an hour before you go to sleep to get you a little tired, then just keep closing your eyes and hopefully that'll work. try listening to music to help you fall asleep. dont drink coffee or soda before you go lay down that'll keep you awake. lay down about an hour before you actually want to be asleep so your not up to late. so lets say you want to be asleep by 11, lay down in bed by 10.

Here are some simple tips to help you:

-Try to get on a cycle of forcing yourself to get into bed at a decent hour similar to that of when you would go to bed for school.

-Turn off all distractions.

-Don't eat a big meal right before, or drink anything with caffeeine in it.

-Start your own dream.

It will take a few days, but you should start to get on track. :)

sounds like a sleeping disorder called "insomnia" i have it. and sometimes i can go a day or two with out sleep, and if i do i dont sleep untill about.. hm.. five AM? go to your doctor and they prescribe you a medicine. the only reason i dont have it is cause i dont want to go cause ill have to get shots, so yes they do give medicine [:
