In my forum, you should read about Lose Weight, Toning Exercises, "Carbs, Protein, Fats wtf??" [Or something like that], and Stretching. That should help you lose weight safely.
As for pills and patches, I would highly go against you using that. Regardless of age, I would say don't use it. It will end up messing up your metabolism and you won't be able to lose weight normally if you ever decide to stop using the patches/pill and unless you plan to use them for the rest of your life, it's a bad thing. And your body will eventually start growing accustomed to the patch's effect and the patch won't have any more effects. So you're going to end up with a screwed metabolism with or without the patches.
xomegaroni answered Wednesday August 29 2007, 8:21 pm: Diet patches are not healthy, especially for young teens. They are meant for adults so you should be at least 18+. You're still growing & you still have awhile to go. Diet patches aren't used to lose a few lbs either. I would suggest going about it the healthy way or talking to a doctor. I would not recommend any type of diet patch or pill. They can become dangerous & are unnatural.
