2 months, 30 lbs to lose Ok, well I am seriously in the need to lose 30+ pounds in about 2 months. I also want to tone my fat and flab pretty much ALL over my body. Does anyone have tips on what to do [without spending a lot of money] so I can do this and real quick?!? I need to do this really badly.

Losing 30+ lbs in 2 months is unrealistic. You can't have such high goals & standards for that period of time. It is too short to lose 30+ pounds & still be healthy. Here are a few tips & tricks to help you out though.
-Stay focused & keep yourself motiviated.
-Exercise 5 times a week. Whether its going for a walk or running. Try exercising for 30 mins-an hour daily.
-Drink plenty of water. It keeps you hydrated & helps with weight loss.
-Eat square meals. Either eat 3 full meals or 5-6 small meals. It depends on your age, weight, height & metabolism.
-If you're hungry, eat. If you are full, stop eating.
-Try to get 5 servings of fruits & veggies every day.
-Avoid high fat foods, too many carbs, watch your calorie intake [www.calorie-count.com] & watch your sugar intake.
-Try not eating past 9 pm or give yourself at least 2 hours without food before you go to sleep.
-Don't starve yourself. You can eat whatever you want in moderation.

You can tone by using exercises.

Run. Run a few miles every other day. It really helps you lose fat all over. :)
