Clothing
>Purples.
>Plaids. It ranges from bags, shirts, skirts ect;
>Chunky knits and sweater dresses.
>Skinnies are still popular. Boyfriend jeans and wide leg pants. (Don't get this confused with flares.)
>"Worn" looking leather. (Like with totes.)
>Turtlenecks. Especially black.
>Long cardigans and wrap arounds. Again being chunky knits and big buttons. Think "Granny-Inspired."
>Unique jewlery and odd rings. This has been in a while though.
>Ankle boots and tall flat boots.
>Oxford heels. I see these everywear.

Hair And Makeup
>Straight ironed hair is starting to die out. Braids and waves/curls are stylish.
>Purple eyeshadow and nude lips.

^They have excellent clothes that are really stylish. I know they are pricey, but just let them inspire you, so you can get look alikes. (That's what I do)

Jersey dresses, colorful hoodies, babydoll shirts, keds, bandeau tops, long colorful wifebeaters, and big metallic belts are in this fall.

Skinny jeans are going out.

Smoky, smudged eyes are back in.

As for hair..angled or sweeping bangs are in. Higlights are out.

I'm not too sure about makeup, but layered hair is definitely in. Barrettes are starting to make a comeback where I live. For accessories, bangles are in too.

Popular clothing now includes longer shirts. I actually went to Target the other day and bought a few for $12.99 each. Other stores such as Old Navy are having sales on them, I think. So those are a good idea. Here is a picture of one that you can get at Target:

Hope this helps!
