From 1st to 8th grade I went to a public school and got straight A's and then I wanted a challenge, so I applied to a really competitive college prep school in Connecticut. I got in but I was really nervous because I knew that all of my classes would be sooo much harder than classes in public school. But, I have been going there for 2 years, and I discovered that the harder classes actually encouraged me to work harder, and I still get straight A's and have time for volleyball and extracurriculars. As long as you realize how helpful these challenging classes are going to be once you are applying to college and go to college, then working hard will be worth it.

Remember your health is first,so if this is affecting your sleep a lot, making you extremely tired, you are being weakened by it,stressed, you can take stressed pills to deal with the stress, drink coffee daily but if it still keeps on then you're going to have to give up something for your own good, you need to have time to have fun, enjoy your highschool years, live a normal teenage life, and try to handle it if you can.To keep up your grades you need to study regularly, focus well, pay attention in class, don't let others disturb you, even take some notes while the teacher is speaking on things you feel are very important even if the teacher doesn't write it on the board, because another reminder they don't write every single thing they say or sometimes they may even forget it's important to write down.
