I KNOW I have pinworms i don't think anymore and it hurts so bad, I also think they are going into my vajayjay [im sorry this is gross i know, sorry], and its hurts soo bad that i rather just not sleep at all. I want to tell my mom I have them I just don't know how I know I shouldn't be scared, but please just help me please.

Maybe start by saying "Mom I have to go to the doctor" and go from there.
I know it is hard to tell her, but you know you have to in order to get the problem resolved.
She wants you to be well, and she can't help you if you don't tell her the problem.

Honey that is really awful and you must be very uncomfortable, but I don't see how you can avoid telling your mom. Because the treatment to get rid of the pinworms has to be prescribed by a doctor. Look here.
Usually, a dose of mebendazole (Vermox) or pyrantel pamoate (Antiminth, Combantrin) is given, followed by a second dose two weeks later. These medicines are very effective in killing worms.
Plus it could spread throughout your whole family.So I think you should tell her and get to the doctor as soon as possible.
Don't worry, they are not fatal, just uncomfortable, and they are very common.
