It is possible, but unlikely. If the guy has semen on his fingers, it is possible. If your hymen breaks, and trust me, you would know, there would be a lot of blood, then a gynocologist might assume that you were not a virgin. But a normal doctor probably wouldn't notice, unless he/she was specifically checking.
