Does it bother a guy if he tries to finger a girl, and there's discharge in her underwear?

By the time he is getting to that point, there should be some discharge. If not, he's not doing it right :)
Really, discharge, unless related to a health problem, is normal and needed for lubrication. Yes, we even need lubrication when we aren't having sex. It prevents dry itchiness. During sexual contact, even fingering, it prevents friction and irritation. If a guy is bothered, he may have his own issues to deal with.

Most of the time they probably don't even notice. I can imagine it would probably gross them out a bit but like i said i don't think they even pay attention.
