Well it depends on the girl and your relationship.
I mean it doesnt work like "i have been dating for so this 4366289302 much time and now i get to finger you.. " you have to just ask her.. and make sure you and her are both ready. She will respect you if you ask her. And if she wants to wait then respect that decision. Dont force her!

hope this helps.
and goodluck?

Whenever she decides shes ready to let you.

There is not a set timeline where you can say "Ok, we've been going out for x amount of time, now I get to stick things inside you"

You haven't been dating her all that long. You might want to take things slower so she's comfortable with the thought of this. She might not be open to the idea of fingering or you seeing her genitals just yet.

You need to talk to her about doing some "new" things as part of your routine and see what she says about fingering. You can't just jump in to it as she might not respond well. Ask her what she is ready for.

This is an activity where you need to communicate before, during and afterwards before doing it so both people feel secure about it.

You'll have to ask her to make sure. There's not really a set time for when she's ready to move it to the next level, every girl is different. If you don't want to ask her, maybe kind of going for it and if she stops you, then stop.

When she's ready physically and mentally.
There's no set time for it to happen. You can talk to her.. unless she guides you on her own..

talk to her. ask her if she thinks she is ready to move on with your relationship. if she says no then you have to respect her and wait until she is ready.
