So today I sorta blew it, and ate too much ( WAY TOO MUCH SNACKING) and then around 5:30 my friend called to tell me her family was going out to eat and asked if I wanted to go- I'm staying w/ her this weekend cause my parents are out of town. So I said yes- but I am regretting saying that cause I have already eaten so much today. How can I get out of going? Or should I just not bother and eat again? Or should I go but tell them I already ate, (before 5:30?)??? I feel fat right now and I don't know what to do now!
Go out and don't worry about it. If you are dieting
or trying to watch your weight, and stick with it most of the time, one night out to dinner and a few snacks isn't going to cause much harm. Just go right back to it the next day. :) [ karenR's advice column | Ask karenR A Question ]
