Yes, they will go over your entire medical and sexual health history at a gyno appointment and are able to tell if you are sexually active or aren't a virgin.
Can they tell you masturbate? No, they cannot as there's nothing that they can see physically anywhere on your body that would tell them anything like that.
Even if they could everyone has done it so it's not a bad or taboo thing. Mind you, girls are more discreet about talking about it or owning up than guys. Hope this helps you.

Since you're going to the doctor's for your vagina, I can almost guarantee that they'll ask you if you're sexually active. If you are, make sure that you tell them. On the other hand, they don't care if you masturbate and I don't think they can really tell. They know that it's normal and many people do it. They don't ask either.

I think they can tell if you have sex because your vagina will be a little bigger, but not if you masturbate, unless you stick some big stuff up there or something.

Depends on what you go for... Probably not but chances are they are going to ask you if you are sexually active. Don't lie they wont tell your parents legally they can't anyway.
