WEIGHT LOSS .

I need to lose weight,
pretty fast .
i mean about 30 pounds .

im 14/f and about 170 pounds 5'6''
yeah HUGE i know .

any tips or websites or specific plans ?
HELPPPP !!!!!!!

id like to lose some before school starts .

try taking small steps to loose the weight.
such as:
- drinking only water and eating normally
- eating 5-7 fruits and veggies per day
- start doing crunches
- cut WAY back on calories. (1300-1500 per day)
- start running 3x per week.
- get a membership at the gym (my sister lost 10lbs just by going regularly. :]
- cut out all fatty foods in your diet.

OK.
Here are my tips and websites and possibly magazines that have alot of thing that you can do:
1) Try to eat healthly [No Junk food]
2) Exercise regularly [once/twice aday]
3) Become a member of a gym near you [So you can go everyday if you wanted to work out]
4) Take a look at this website:

5) Read some of your mom's magazines because i know for a fact that they read the type of magazines where they have some tips of loseing wieght.]

try not to eat a lot of junk food. excercise daily for about 60 minutes or more. eat more fruits and vegetables. and drink less sugary drinks like pop and sports drinks. drink a lot of water. i lost a lot of weight by eating less and excercsing more. but don't not eat at all. because your body will hang to what it already has. it needs energy everday, so try to eat a good breakfast. if there are some days that you don't have time, try to have something healthy and something that will give you energy for the rest of the day. and try out some new sports for after school or something. that night help.
