Do I need to lose weight? I've gotten so self concious this year, and I hate it, but I can't seem to make myself think I'm thin. Heck, I add weight to my scale to encourage myself. I'd always thought I was 104, hah..
But really. I run three miles, three days a week in the mornings. Eating habits are alright, I guess.. No soda, usually. I chew my food 30 times each (I don't know if that helps anything, but it fills me faster) and I drink ALOT of water.
Will this help at all?
katieneedsadvice answered Sunday August 5 2007, 7:16 pm: You are at the PERFECT weight for your height! If you feel self concious about your self go to the gym and tone your self. But please don't lose more than 5lbs. You need to remeber that scince you are in your teen years you are going through puberty and you will gain weight and lose weight and your body will be really weirdly proportioned for a while. Don't worry. Once you are past your pubesant years(12-16ish)u will be perfect!
Hope i helped! [ katieneedsadvice's advice column | Ask katieneedsadvice A Question ]
