I am trying to decide between a few things here.
I love people.
Helping People.
Health Carrers.
Fasion Disign
Drawing
Writting.
Any way to find a good job out of all of that?

How about something like a doctor. and on the side you can write books and design things as a hobby then sell them.

Finding the right career for you is about matching your SKILLS with your INTERESTS.
Make a list of all of your skills (things you are good at)
Then in a separate column lists all of your interests.
Then think of jobs that best fit things mentioned in these two columns.
One thing that immediately comes to mind from what you listed above is art therapy. You seem to like art and be very creative, but you also mentioned health and helping people. An art therapist does all of those things! You use a variety of different art techniques to help heal people. May be something to explore.

well there are a lot of different jobs you could get out of each one, but i dont think there is one job that covers all of that. you have to pick what you like the most, and look into careers with that. just some ideas for what you listed:
helping people- you could be a psychologist, if thats something you are interested in, or you could do something along the lines of working at an adoption center or foster home, or you could work at a senior citizens home.
health careers- this could also go along with helping poeple, you could be a fitness trainer if you like to exercise a lot, or you could be a diet planner for people who want to go on diets, if youre willing ot learn about different body types and a lot of foods.
fashion design- this could tie in with drawing, i am going to put them together for the sake of simplicity. if you are good at thinking of new fashion designs and different outfits, then you could get into that and become a fashion designer or come up with designs for fashion designers.
writing- for writing if you wanted to write for a fashion magazine then you could do both fashion design and writing, or you could write for a newspaper or other magazine.

Well firstly all of that i dont think goes into one job, but you could pick what you love THE MOST and aim for that as your job, because it is things like helping people which you can do without having it as your job by participating in charity events and things like that. Also drawing, and fashion design is kind of in the same category and you could draw as a hobby or take that as you career. I like fashion design and drawing and many other things but i picked my favorite out of all of them and found a way around doing the other things i love too. There are many good jobs out of what you love, maybe you could try speaking to older people or do some research on the the internet about those following things. Hope things work out, Good Luck =] x
