Skinny Jeans
Where can I get a good branch of skinny jeans that arn't too expensive?
I checked Forever 21, but maybe I didn't look hard enough.

American Eagle has good jeans. They have all sorts, including skinny. You can also try Pacsun where they sell bullhead jeans that aren't too expensive and are pretty good quality. You can also go to Hollister or Abercrombie for some, but those are 50$.
The ones at AE and Pacsun are about 40$

American Eagle has good skinny jeans. They are somewhat expensive sometimes, but usually they have a lot of good sales. They range from $20-$60 usually, but obviously you should go for the $20 jeans which isn't too bad. You should also try stores such as Weathervane, Macys, JC Penney, Urban Behavior, Pac Sun [a bit more expensive, probably $25 and up], Delias, Alloy, etc. Alloy is actually a magazine, but they have really cute skinny jeans & you can check them out online-

If you don't like buying offline, all of the rest of the stores are popular that you can probably find them at general malls. You can look on their websites to see if you like their styles.

It depends what your definition of expensive is.
They sell skinny jeans at Hollister and PacSun for around forty dollars.
I'm pretty sure they sell them at Wet Seal for somewhere between twenty and thirty dollars.
Also another place to check would be places like Macy's or JC Penny.
