I would go to Abercrombie Kids. They're meant for the younger kids, but they're still the same style!
(and cheaper than regular A&F)

Wet seal goes to a double zero. I'm small too and have to go there. Delias does too but for me they weren't as tight. If you do go there then try on the "Sophie" jeans the "Baily" weren't tight (at least for me)

well, i think the best places that would have those would be abercrombie or hollister. i think hollister would be best. also, at places like those, keep in mind that the sizes themselves are either tall, regular, or petite in jeans. so you might want to try the petite sizes to get the right length and everything. you could always get your pants tailored, but that could cost a lot of money. go look at the hollister website, and get your mom to measure you, and see what size you are :)

you can also order american eagle jeans online where they also have size 00 jeans.

i've also heard that abercrombie has small sizes, but i haven't personally shopped there before.

I don't know if this helps any but if you want to take in your pants:
1. Turn them inside out and put them on.
2. Get needles and pin the sides of your pants where you want them depending on how tight/loose you want them. Do this to the other side too.
3. Take them off and sew them where the pins are. If you're not good at sewing get a friend/parent/whoever to do that for you.
If that's to much work American Eagle, American apparel, Forever21, etc. have pretty cute, smaller jeans.
I'm not to sure but you may be able to go to a tailor and get them custom made.
