if you have not fat but not thin.. ((kind in between)) arms and if you lift a weight for a while each day (5 pound weight) would the fat in your arms go away and get thinner, or would the fat remain and only the muscle would get stronger??
Jenny_411 answered Wednesday August 1 2007, 12:01 pm: well it would make your arm look more muscular than skinner because if ur working on weights you'll gain muscle not loose weight (in a way) but if u do a lot of cardio like jogging, bicycle riding, tredmill, stuff like that then you'll see a big improvement you'll will look more cut up and stuff. trust me you will cause I work on my weights a lot I bench press, all that stuff and I do a lot of cardio. soo trust me it will help.
