i was talking to this guy online who i've had sex with before. we were talking about doing it again and he mentioned me giving him head, and he said he wanted to use a condom. I told him i wouldnt want to because i am a little bit allergic to latex and i just think that would be really nasty. so i asked him why he wanted a condom while getting head anyways and he said he just did. i got kind of suspicious and asked if he had an std or something and he said no but i kind of dont beleive him. he kind of seems like the type who would lie so i would have sex with him again,but do you think that seems kind of suspicious or am i overreacting?

I don't think it's really fair to assume a guy who *wants* to use a condom must have an STD. Some guys are actually responsible about thier sexual health.
However, if you don't trust him on this, you certainly don't trust him enough to fool around with him.
Lastly, you are aware that you can purchase polyurethane or lambskin condoms right? Many drugs stores will carry them and they are certainly worth looking into if you have a problem with latex.

have him tested at a local free clinic, and if you are ashamed to go get tested for "STD's" then don't have sex at all, as well you should get tested... He probably thinks your a slut or maybe he is being smarter, there are other kinds of protection

that does seem a little strange. if you don`t trust him then you shouldn`t have sex with him.unless you plan to spend your whole life with him then you could. but why would you risk your life over sex ? think about it. you have time to meet someone that you would rather be with, and then tell him that you have an std && possibly lose him.
and no head isn`t really that nasty. well i don`t think. it`s just a part of your sexuallty.
what really makes this situation uncomfortable. is mostly guys HATE condoms. so why wouldn`t he wanna use one on just head ? there must be somthing wrong with him.

Never have sex with someone who isn't honest about their STDs. That it just one bad situation.
As for using a condom while giving head, you really should everytime. You can use an animal membrane condom and have a latex one on under it. Yes, you normally shouldn't wear two condoms at the same time, but we learned in health it's fine to do if one person has a latex allergy. Animal membrane doesn't protect against STDs which is why the latex should be under it.
