I flipped through the television to the
"Tyra Banks Show" or whatever it is called
and they had some lady on there saying it can reduce sagging when you wear it to bed, but not reduce it extremely. On the other hand, wearing a bra to bed can cut off your circulation and that's no fun right?
Razhie answered Wednesday July 25 2007, 10:39 am: No, that isn't true.
It's also NOT true that wearing a bar at night will prevent sagging. Marilyn Monroe famously said she wore one for that reason, which is why it gets so much play, but medical studies have discredited it entirely. The only possitive effect bras have on the the look and firmness of your breasts is during strenous activity like running or sports. It's a good idea to have a good bra on then if you want to keep them perky and sitting well.
All that wearing a bra at night does it restrict your circulation and can cause breathing problems or skin irritation. It's not terrible for you (unless you have trouble breathing at night) but it's best to have at least some bra-free time during every day. [ Razhie's advice column | Ask Razhie A Question ]

well, i keep my bra on 24/7 [i change it in the morning] but i'm only a 34B. ha. so like, i guess it's true. but i love my boobs. so if you don't want them to get TOO big, i'd suggest doing that. but it's only during puberty. it doesn't matter if you're 40 years old & want smaller boobs. Mommys_Love355 answered Wednesday July 25 2007, 8:49 am: Well from experience, no. But it is true that if you wear your bra all day and all night that they will sit better, but it's not something that you can just start at any time. You would have had to been doing it since you started growing.
