is it okay if i use a super absorbancy tampon if my flow is regular? super is the only absorbancy i have.

Yes, but you can still only leave it in for a maximum of 8 hours.

Yes its okay. Now you can just have it in for longer, and isnt that better. If you got one that was lighter than your flow than you would need to change it more. hope i helped.
