is this considered racism?
i want to know if im considered a racist. i can be friends with black people, i have 3 black friends but i can never picture myself dating or having sex/children/marrying a black guy. is this racism or just prefrences?

This is SO far from rascism. This is just preference. Myself, I'm African-American, and I don't picture myself having sex/children/marrying someone of my race. It's all just preference, and don't worry, you aren't rascist at all.

it's not racism. you dont single them out,and you dont make fun of them for their color or race. it's just what you prefer. some people only like african americans, some dont prefer to date them at all. some african americans wont date white people, and some only will. its kind of like a taste in people, you can be friends with them, but they're not dateable in your eyes. im white and i have african american friends, and i wouldnt mind dating them but i wouldnt go for them because i have a different taste. dont worry its not racism because another person in another race may feel the same way about you. its totally normal. hope that helps :]

You're not wanting to date/have sex/have children/marry a black guy- that doesn't mean you're thinking that white people are superior to black people.
I think it IS just a preference. I don't see myself dating, etc. a black girl- but that doesn't mean that I'm racist. Everyone has their preferences. You're fine.
