Shave Or Not?

Question Posted Friday July 20 2007, 12:28 pm

To Start with I am Female and 16. I have been with my boyfriend for 2 months now and he has brought up having sex quite a bit recently. Me and him are both virgins and he seems pretty keen to get it over and done with. I am worried however, not because i don't think i'm ready, but because i was wondering whether I should shave down there because he would prefer it or should i just leave it? I keep getting told different things. Some of my friends says it shouldn't matter, but then a majority of people I have spoken to said that guys prefer it to be shaved. Does anyone know what guys prefer?

Well, from my experience all of the guys that i have done things with have always preffered it to be shaven because it looks better and turns them on more.
But if you dont want to shave it talk to him and see what he would like more. If he wants it Shaved than shave it. :]

Shaving isnt a great idea. Between ingrown hairs and razorburn it can be quite unpleasant for both parties.

Best idea is to get a trimmer and keep it relatively short.

most guys do like it shaved. but like your friends said it shouldn't matter. but alot of guys do like it shaved. but like christina said. make sure you're ready. you don't want to rush into anything that you're not ready for. sex is a big step. even after 2 months. make sure you're ready for all the out comes of having sex. Sex is overrated.

hope i helped.
