how do you put an edible photograph on a cake or cookie?

I do believe the photos are put on by airbrush.

Like everyone else said, you would have to have a cake decorator do that for you unless you know how to airbrush.

You'd have to go to your local supermarket. talk to whoever's at the bakery Give them the photo and they'll do it.

Its kindof like how, If you've ever seen paint get mixed, they put in a certain amount of red, blue, and yellow. Same thing. except its dye into icing to get a broad range of colors.. To be honest, I've always wanted to see this done.. cause when I think of it I see a giant printer with a sheetcake coming through it lol. Thats probably wrong.
I'm sure you can find out somewhere on the food network. Or their website (foodnetwork.tv)
