I just got a job at McDonalds. I am required to wear slip-resistant shoes. I have a few pairs of Etnies and other various skate shoes, that say they have a slip-resistant sole. Would those work? (link)

I am going into Highschool next year, and I don't know anyone because I'm new to this area. I lack a lot of confidence and tend to make friends with girls that nobody likes, because I feel bad for them. Which doesn't help. So i was wondering if anyone had any advice on how to become more confident. Or possibly any on how to make the right friends. I also receive good grades so I'm always worried people only want to be my friend because I'm smart. (link)

What you should do is just think, I dont know ANYONEE here so might as well make a good first impression! Just go for it! Dont think about what everyone will think of you. Talk to the people that look like have the most in common with you, and dont become friends with potheads! I know it is hard but just keep repeating to yourself, I can do it! I sound like Dr.Phill eh? haha no realy you dont want to be known as the shy one, so just be yourself and make friends with people that look like nice and people that will be nicest to youu.
As for the kinda loser kids you ussaly make friends with, you can still be their friend! It shouldnt matter at all! Its all good, just dont get too worked up about it, and your first day will be fabuloso! lol I realy do hope I helped!!!!!

What you should do it put your hair in a high ponytail, and ask if you can get side swept bangs! That will help your hair look amazinggg!!

I'm looking for a particular My Little Pony (Fizzy). She is green and has dark green, pink and white hair with 3 little ice creams on her side.

I read in seventeen magazine that you put cold spoons over your eyes for about 20minuets or something and it will help the puffiness go away!!

What I do, is I put aloe vera gel on it!
Then I put ice on it, and a cold washcloth!
Just have all those things and watch tv, and switch off between all of them!
I did that and my sunburn was gone in no timee!

I went to this summer camp once, and I made friends with this girl and her older brother. They were a bit younger than me, but we were the oldest there. This was about two-three years ago.
Well, the guy added me on myspace, and we talk once in a while. And then kaboom!! he asks me out! I say yes, I don't know why, and then he says that maybe we shouldn't. Ok. No big deal. I don't like you that way anyway. This was two years ago.
Now hes sendng me these messages through myspace like to rate him, and list the things I would potentially be willing to do with him. Well, I only like him as a friend. Period.
What should I do when he sends me these messages? So far, he sent me two, the first one of which I filled out, but I really truly listed the things I would do with him (I think the furthest was hugging... but as friends, ya know?)
Well this one that he sent me I have to rate him. Could anyone suggest how I should rate him without hurting his feelings, but not making it sound like I like him that way, either?

All you need to do, is get them closer! Have a sleepover with the 3 of you.
Thats how I got them to be closer!
Also make sure one friend, knows that the other friend is not a poser.

Go to your hair stylist, bring in a picture of Jamie Lyn spears, and make sure its a picture that compliments her hair stlye! Also let your hair slyist know that you want side swept bangs

Omg I have a x-friend just like that! What I do is show her that I dont need her in my life, and dont start shit with her! I just stay clear of her, and if she talks to me, I dont act mean or anything. I hope she stops bothering you, and if she doesnt, I will come kick her ass.
