It's not uncommon. One of my friends that had this problem used a concealer that matched the rest of her face to hide it. I've also heard that witch hazel will help to shrink blood vessels a little.
But if they are actually BAGS under your eyes, try to alter your diet a little... less salt and more water. It could also be allergies or high blood pressure. The place that I got this info from is
Ashumms answered Sunday July 22 2007, 5:33 pm: Anything with menthol will greatly reduce bags under your eyes. For instance Burt's Bees lip balm, but only use a little bit, just enough to pat under your eyes. The only negative thing about this is that it may cause your eyes to water a bit. When I had to stay up half the night to study for finals, I would use wet peppermint tea bags. They give the effect of menthol except they don't make your eyes water. You can use them warm or cold, but I warmed them up a little and it worked wonders, it also helped the slight bruising. Hope it helps for you too. [ Ashumms's advice column | Ask Ashumms A Question ]
