Hungry before bed I'm always hungry before I go to bed. I eat my meals and snacks throughout the day, but I always get hungry around 9 pm. I can control my hunger, but what would be the best thing to do? Would it be unhealthy or unsafe to not eat before you sleep? Or should I eat crackers or something? I'm on a diet also. Thanks!

I was watching Oprah at one point when Bob Greene (her trainer) was on. He said that you really should try not to eat 2-3 hours before bed. I aim for that. I do sometimes get a little hungry before bed though I'll admit so usually I'll eat a piece of fruit or drink skim milk. It helps fill your stomach up and avoids the hungry feeling. (Bob Greene also recommended that)
Hope this helps you. :) ]
Snack on Low-Fat Popcorn, Pretzals, Fruit, Veggies, Pria Bars.
