I'm sorta gettin bullied at school by my best friend! She's really nice and all... but... she's bullying me about my hair colour. I bought a chunking kit and my mom did my hair at home, which is way cheaper than going to a salon. Anyway, it went all wrong. two of the chunks ran in to each otther and cause a huge blonde streak right by my face. And on the other side it's brown for about 3 inches and then its blonde. I tried getting a haircut to help a bit but it didn't work!
This same thing happened when I was the first of my all my friends to get a piercing at the top of my ear. Every time I did something to annoy her she would whack where my earring was. I eventually had to go to the hospital and get the earring removed because it was soo swollen.
I think she's jealous. And I guess jealousy sometimes hurts. but How can I get her to stop bullying me? I really want her to continue being my friend cuz she is a great friend. So don't tell me to be friend her cuz I'm not.

i also had a friend who was nice to me and everything..
but whenever i bought a new outfit
or had new shoes
she'd say something to the effect of "that looks dumb on you" or "ew nice shoes NOT."
i remember one time i had a pair of bermuda shorts, plaid orange ones. and she sat there and complained about how she wanted a pair really bad.
then everyone started complimenting me on them, and she was all "ew those are really gay looking. they're too big for you they make you look fat"
she's obviously jealous of you,
and so when you have one little itty bitty flaw, she notices it and takes it as an opportunity to take you down and make herself feel a little better about herself.
dont buy into it.
ignore her.
she's jealous because you have something[s] she wants.
& tell her-
tell her that it hurts when she does/says mean things.
and ask her why she does it.

I'm always hungry before I go to bed. I eat my meals and snacks throughout the day, but I always get hungry around 9 pm. I can control my hunger, but what would be the best thing to do? Would it be unhealthy or unsafe to not eat before you sleep? Or should I eat crackers or something? I'm on a diet also. Thanks! (link)

try drinking water when your hungry..but i know that doesnt always fill you up so ..
i dont know if you've heard of enviga..
but its like, sparkling greentea that burns calories and boosts metabolisim..
it tastes really good too.
when i get late night cravings, i usually just drink one of those and they really make you full without making you gain weight.
you can get it at pretty much any grocery store.. look by the energy drinks..i find them near there all the time.
it sells for 1.99 a can

I'm 15, turning 16 soon. I weigh 115 and im 5'5". When ever my dad sees me he always makes a suggestion like, you shouldn't eat that, you're just getting fatter and fatter. And if i ask for money for new jeans, he says, we'll stop gaining weight so you can fit back into them. I wear a size 0, and i'm growing, what does he expect? How am i suppose to cope with this? It's been bothering me so much lately. My sister, whose 20, is like anorexic skinny. She's my height but doesn't even reach 100 pounds. And my dad always compares me to her. What am i suppose to do?! talk to him about it.

then show him
PROVE to him your not fat.
tell him to stop comparing you to your sister.
tell him it hurts.
and tell him that he should accept you like you are.
as for the clothes issue?
well, if your moms around..ask her to take you shopping.
if shes not, ask like maybe an aunt or an older cousin .. someone who will understand about this
or ask a friend . .or a friends parents.
a trusted adult. thats what you need.
dont listen to your dad.

My parents will not let me go one day without them getting on my case about anything. When I've done my chores, they're getting me on my case about my driving. When thats done, they resort to just saying I need to shape up.
I've got a busy schedule, and I just want one day to relax when I dont have anything planned. I tell them I want a day off to myself, but they get angry.
How can I get them to just give me some space when I need it?

if all that doesnt work, TRY to ignore it. its hard, i know..but they'll back off one of these days.
& remember, they're probably not doing it to be mean. they probably just care alot.

I need help. I am 16 year old, 5'8 female who weighs in at 365 pounds. That's right. THREE HUNDRED And Sixty-Five Pounds. Now please, this is serious so don't comment about how fat I am and all that other bull because believe me, I know already. So I need to lose weight (obviously) not only because it is extremely unhealthy but also because I let my weight run my life. I am sick of worrying about wether or not my gut is hanging out or if my shirt will cover it. I am sick of worrying about wether or not I will fit into a desk at school. This is not a joke people. READ WHAT I'M WRITING I SOUND LIKE A FREAK!!!! :( I need motivation. I am completely unmotivated. I hate being what I am but that isn't enough to make me want to change. I don't know what to do anymore. It's gotten to the point where I think I look gross all the time. And I do!
I look so disgusting I could vomit. And it's all because I am FAT. Personally I think I have a gorgeous face but you can't see it or who I really am because I'm in this fat suit. :( I've been big all my life but I can't go on like this or I'll be in my 30's and weigh 600 pounds. ok, first off-
you seem negitive =/ and sort of like you've lost hope.
GET THAT OUT OF YOUR HEAD ! =P
seriously, the first step is being positive.
as for motivation, think of how pretty you are =]. and think of how much MORE pretty you could be if you lost some weight.
i suggest putting more excersise into your life .. walking, jogging, and running ecspecially.
if possible- join a gym.
take aerobics.
oh! swimming aerobics works too!
is there a ymca around where you live?
if there is . .check out the programs they offer there.
they're often fun, with a low-stress atmosphere.
also .. dont eat after 7:00 pm..because you tend to gain more weight in the evening.
eat more healthy food- like salads, and lean meat.
cut out all junk food and sodas.
trust me.
its not as hard as you think it is.

I've been trying really hard to like focus on loosing weight. But it's actually quite difficult. I'm at like, 200 lbs and I was wondering if anyone could give me tips on how to lose weight for the summer? Like, what helps you stop your cravings for fatty foods? And what are good foods to eat & how to excercise.

well, its not as hard as you think =] really its just a state of mind.
first of all - stop thinking of whats wrong with your body, because that will only create negitiveness.
start thinking of how your going to improve your body.
self esteem is key. keep it up.
here are some tips;
drink lots of water. your supposed to drink i think 8 glasses a day. if your trying to lose weight- i say double it.
smaller portions are key- not just with junk food, but with all food. remember that.
dont eat after 7. its easier to gain weight in the evening than it is during the day.
run- around your yard, in a gym, on a track .. just run. but make sure you drink lots of water while your running.
whenever i need to lose weight, i carefully watch my intake of food.
before you put something in your mouth consider the answers of the following;
am i really hungry? [if its yes-then eat. if its no or not really- dont eat it]
should i be eating this right now?[if its not the appropriate time to be eating, then dont eat.]
could i be eating something better?[this ones important.if you could be eating something better than whats in your hand- put it down and go get something better]
is this going to help me reach my goal?
what stops your craving for fatty foods?
chew sugar-free gum whenever you want to eat something sweet. just dont swallow it.
lemonade is a good diet drink. whenever you want something sweet, drink A HALF CUP of lemonade. perferably crystal light, or something low calorie like that.
also- allow one day a week for you to have a sweet treat, like a scoop of icecream or something.
but only one, once, one day a week.
