I don't know exactly how the juice helps, but I assume all the nutrients are just as good for your muscles as they are for the rest of your body.
If you are doing something like running, or anything that gives your legs a good work out, try relaxing your muscles in a warm bath before you go to bed.

Your dehydrated. Drink more fluids, at least five bottled waters a day. You are also not taking in enough potassium. Take a potassium supplement. I've had them before too, not fun!
