Leg Cramps How do you prevent cramps in your calves and feet in the middle of the night?

Try stretching your calves every so often so that the muscles don't tighten up in the middle of the night and cramp. ]
I don't get them very often, myself, but my dad is a firm believer in drinking V8 juice to prevent them.
I don't know exactly how the juice helps, but I assume all the nutrients are just as good for your muscles as they are for the rest of your body.
If you are doing something like running, or anything that gives your legs a good work out, try relaxing your muscles in a warm bath before you go to bed.

Dear Leg Cramps,
Your dehydrated. Drink more fluids, at least five bottled waters a day. You are also not taking in enough potassium. Take a potassium supplement. I've had them before too, not fun!
