There is this guy from work who has been showing an interest in me. The other day he came up to talk to me, and then before he left he said "here's a treat for you". it was a bunched up peice of paper that he was going to thow out any ways. Do you think he did that as an excuse just to touch my hand? Because he's touched me before on my shoulder, but this was the first time he's touched my hand.

If he likes you back things will work out if not there are plenty more fish in the sea!

It does seem like he shows some interest in you, but all guys are different & so are their personalities. Every guy has different ways of expressing their feelings. He might like you, or he may just be a flirty guy. If you're interested in him, try flirting back & see if he goes with it. If he does, he's most likely interested.
