Highly. It's good for downloading single songs and an occassional video clip here and there.
But I would largely recommend using internet torrents for downloading albums, discography's, and entire movies...since it's more secure and you're gauranteed to get what your downloading.

I only recommend it if it's the purchased program. If you use the free BearShare download, I can guarantee you'll get viruses and spyware. I learned from experience on my old computer.
As long as you buy it, you're fine.

I like is a lot. It is fast, and easy to understand. If you dont end up liking it, try limewire, or Ares!
