How do I become a moderator?

If you've just been banned, you need to wait 6 weeks to become one.

How do you get to be a level I moderator?
You must meet these qualifications:

* You've been rated five times
* Your average rating is at least 4
* You joined one month ago
* If you've ever been banned, it was at least six weeks ago
* You've updated your column in the last week
