Problem with BearShare

I have BearShare and yesterday when I tried to pull it up it said that there was an update. So I downloaded it and now when I try to pull up BearShare, this prompt appears:

The procedure entry point GetAdaptersAddresses could not be located in the dynamic link library iphlpapi.dll.

What does this mean and how do I fix it?

What i did was i deleted it and redownloaded bearshare , it worked for my , so mabey it might work for you !!!
