People love to pick on me!
Okay, at my job everyone teases me, most of the teasers are the guys and they do it in a nice waysometimes to make me smile b/c I hardly ever do that. But, there is one guy, call him Joe, and he doesn't just tease, he has to point out everyone one of my charater defects, EVERYONE of them all of the time. Well, for a week he went on vacation and when he came back like 2 days ago I told him I wasn't speaking to him but didn't tell him why. The reason why I won't speak to him is because 1) he pierced my ear for me and I am totally grateful but now it doesn't look healthy anymore, 2) he always embarrasses me at work and is picking on me, and says I have an attitude problem, I can't take a compliment, and so many other mean things. So maybe he doesn't know that he is bothering me with his comments but his best friend told me that he does know and that other people's pain makes him happy (weird, I know, but it could be a lie b/c his friend is NOT the best source of information). Also, my manager heard me tell Joe I wasn't speaking to him and said I am immature. I don't know what to do, ANY advice and greatly appreciated. Thank you so much for reading this.

I agree with khadiya be nice to him and eventually he will stop. Like if you try to ignore him that might not help because he knows it is bothering you. Let him bother you and be nice and smile and such until he stops. And then your problem is solved. But I hope everything goes well for you.

Have you ever heard anyone say kill them with kindness?
Well thats what you should do. Evenif it irratates you the smallest bit, smile, give a fake laugh, or say "really?" like your interested. Eventually he will think he isnt getting under your skin anymore and he will move on.
