anything with high carbs/sugars.starches-breads,pastas,candy,ice cream potato chips other food found in the chip isle just stay away from that.
as for DRINKS
any alcoholic beverages, sodas, other juices high in sugar.
WHAT YOU SHOULD EAT:
stick to protein and fiber when you eat that you are less likely to crave more to eat it normally fills you and keeps you filled from 3-4hrs.
Eat plenty of veggies fresh whenever possible just stay away from the potatos and corn(high in starch)
Eat fruits all kinds

Trauma answered Sunday July 8 2007, 9:50 pm: I wouldn't say there's one specific food/drink that's worst, but there are a few that people who are dieting are recommended to stay away from.
