well you could talk to someone close to you spilling out whats been locked up.
take deep breaths in and out and then make a calm nonchalant place in your head, and relax
whatever you do you shouldnt keep all of this locked up. but just make sure you control yourself, and dont hurt you or someone else.
What also might help is if you went in a room where there are no intrupptions, no busy furniture and where you just can think and clear your mind and calm yourself down
hope i helped :]

first of all he probably enjoys making you angry so show him what he does to you doesn't upset you even if it does. take precautions so as not to let him make you angry easily. like passwords for your settings on the computer and always log off if your going somewhere. change your passwords whenever you can. hide your diary like an expert. lock your room when you leave it. i have a lot of anger issues too, try going to your local gym and sign up for yoga classes it can help. of if he pisses you off, lock yourself into your room, put on some calm music and just lay on your bed with your eyes closed and let the anger flow out of you. or go outside and kick/throw a ball at a wall. you can expel a lot of energy and pretend its his head. do something to get you active to get rid of the adrenaline.

Try ignoring him. If he says something just look around bewildered, like, "Whats that noise?" Then to calm your anger, just read, listen to music, watch TV, get on the phone/computer and talk to a friend. That's happened to me a couple of days ago, only my BEST friend told my enemy that I've liked him since 3rd grade. Sure, I like, him ,but I don't wanna date him or anything, but anyway, just take a couple deep breaths and try some of the things I told you about before. Hope I helped! :D
