Let him take the lead. Firstly, start making out (obviously) then let him take it further. He will probably start to undress you. If you're okay with it, then let him, and start taking his shirt off too or unzipping his pants. If you are going to have sex, it will just sort of happen. If he wants you to give him a blow job or a hand job, he will ask you for it. If you are asking how to give one, that question has been asked on this site half a million times by now so I'll just give yo a link.

If you don't feel comfortable, then don't do it. If he doesn't understand, then he doesn't deserve you anyway.

Are you one hundred percent positive that you want him to be you first?
You say that he likes you, but do you like him?
You say that you like how he want to be your first, but do you want him to be your first? (there's a difference)
You must also take into account the risk of pregnancy and stds that are involved.
Please be one hundred percent positive when you make this decision. It will change how people think of you, and how you think about yourself. It might also change your life for the worst.
Don't make any decisions on a whim. As for what you should do, if you decide to do it at all, you will know, because when you don't rush into things it will come naturally and spontaneously, once you are mentally ready and armed with condoms and birth control.

If you don't know what "his first" means (and you don't because only one of the things you listed means you're his first) then you really shouldn't be doing it. Save it. It's worth the wait.

If you don't know how, then you probably have no business doing it.
Not doing it when you don't know how will usually save you some nasty emotional distress and possible an unwelcome surprise in 9 months.
