It's normal for a girl's period to be irregular for quite a few years. Yes, there will be pain, but yours sounds a little extreme. Ask your mom about going to the gynocologist to get this sorted out.

your period can take up to 4 years to completely regulate...especially if your under 18 but if it's that painful you might want to talk to your doctor and see if you have PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome). I was in a similar situation and I found out that I had it...it causes really painful periods that can result in nausea and vomiting also migraines and other things...if you have it your doctor can put you on the pill to regulate your period and reduce cramps...if it's bad enough they might also put you on a pill called metformin (glucophage). It's a diabetic pill that they also give to people with PCOS to help reduce cysts on the ovaries. It might be something to talk to your doctor about if you have it...but I would definitely see your doctor and see if your period is just still regulating of if it's something more.

hmm..my period took 3 years to start being regular. I asked my doctor about that and she said it's normal, some girl's periods take a little longer then other's to get regular. every 4 or 3 months is a kind of strange, and making you throw up? That's probably because you're worrying about it. This question would be easier to answer if I knew your age, if your between 13-17 then it's probably still working on being regular and you should'nt worry about it too much cause the more you worry, the worse it will get and the more you'll throw up. I'd see a doctor just in case, but stop stop stop worrying, if you stop worrying things will get better.

There's nothing wrong with you. A lot of girls have this problem. Talk to your mom about taking you go the Gyno. Periods can be very irregular & so is the pain, but if it is that unbearable, there's medication they can put you on. Here's a website-
